Getting started

It's free and takes only 2 minutes

Create an HTML form element with method="POST" and place the following URL in the action attribute.

Remember to change [email protected] for your own email address.[email protected]

Use name attributes in all the <input>, <select>, and <textarea> fields within your form.

We use the name attribute to identify the form fields and send them to the email specified in the previous step.

Check our example aside:

<input type="text" name="name" placeholder="Your name" />
<select name="sex">
	<option value="M">Male</option>
	<option value="F">Female</option>
<textarea name="message" placeholder="Your message"></textarea>

The first time you submit a form from a new domain, you will be asked to confirm your email address. Once you confirm your email, you're all set!

I took only two minutes to integrate Simpleform on my portfolio website. It's very easy and reliable. Sending email was made easier by these guys and it's all that I needed.

Bruno Padilha   Software developer,

SimpleForm is amazing. Integrating a contact form without PHP was easy and I didn't even need to download anything. Neither create an account!

Mateus Ferreira   Front-end developer, Shopify

Using SimpleForm is very easy process. Just pasted a few lines of HTML and done! Best integration ever.

Gabriel Sina   CTO, Area 25

I was looking for a Github pages contact form integration when I found the service. It's a pretty awesome data to email tool. I strongly recommend!

For advanced options, use the name attributes below

This value must be a valid URL to redirect your users back to your website after the email is successfully sent. By default, we show a success page with a redirect link back to the submission page.

<input type="hidden" name="redirectURL" value="" />

Use this value if you want to add the user's email address to the "reply to" field when you respond to the email.

<input type="email" name="replyTo" placeholder="Your e-mail" />

This will add to the "reply to name" field when responding the email.

<input type="text" name="name" placeholder="Your name" />

Include this value in your form if you want to change the default subject message we use. Note that it can be either a hidden input or a visible one. It's all up to you.

<input type="text" name="subject" value="New contact" />
AJAX support

You can also make an AJAX request to the same action URL using the ?json parameter and you will receive a JSON response. The method can be either GET or POST. Remember that this code will only work if you have jQuery included on your website.

	url: "[email protected]?json",
	method: "POST",
	data: { name: "John Doe", message: "Foo bar" }
